Bedding and towels are included for all guests aged 2 and over.
Each pod sleeps 4. We also have a travel cot, which can be booked. A travel cot can only be used if there is a maximum of 3 other people in the pod.
We do not accept all adult group bookings for multiple pods.
Sorry we do not accept group bookings of any kind as we feel our site is unsuitable for groups. This includes all adult groups and family groups. We reserve the right to cancel bookings for multiple pods, whether booked individually or together, minus any fees or commissions. A maximum of two families can book pods for the same dates.
No gazebo’s or tents are allowed on site.
The pods have electrical sockets so you can charge your phones and bring a hairdryer if you want. There is also a Bluetooth speaker system to play music from your phone. The pods do not have TV’s. There is generally a good 4G signal and we now have EE Wi-fi.
Sorry, we are unable to allow dogs or other pets in our pods.
There is one parking space for each pod. Parking is close but not next to each pod, so the site remains peaceful.
We do not allow smoking in the pods.
Because the pods are well insulated, they offer a good degree of sound protection but please keep noise to an absolute minimum after 10pm out of curtesy to other guests. We ask that you do not play music outside the pods at any time.
Our cancellation terms were updated on 1st August 2021 and do not apply to bookings made before this date.
A 30% deposit is payable on booking. Full balance due 30 days before holiday start date.
Should you cancel your stay more than 30 days before the day of check-in, we will retain the booking deposit. Cancellations which we are able to re-let will be refunded, minus a handling fee.
If the balance is not paid 30 days before the holiday start date, this will be considered cancellation of the booking.
We strongly recommend that guests take out personal travel insurance to cover themselves in the event that they need to cancel their stay due to illness.
